Important Note:- Users can share Mobile no and gmail Id, in advance, so that we can capture all the data and keep it for you, This action will help us and you to fetch the results even the Paytm service is down.
1. Service Timings
- Paytm services are available from morning 09:30 AM to evening 9:30 PM (IST).
- Service interruptions or delays may occur after 9:00 PM due to backend maintenance or operational activities.

- Paytm services may not be available on Sundays.
- Any subscription affected by the Sunday closure will be compensated by adding one extra day to the user's subscription period.
3. Backend Maintenance
- If Paytm services are temporarily suspended or unavailable due to backend maintenance, server updates, or Paytm's internal policies, the service will remain unavailable until it is restored.
4. Full-Day Service Disruption
- If the Paytm service remains unavailable for an entire working day due to Paytm-related issues, one additional day will be added to the customer's subscription to compensate for the downtime.
5. Temporary Interruptions
- There may be instances where the service is unavailable for 1–2 hours during the day because of Paytm policies, maintenance, or backend updates.
- Such temporary interruptions are a normal part of service operations and are beyond our direct control.
